My name is CiCi, and I am the owner of C Hair and Makeup! My passion for hair and makeup started early with my love for musical theater [and horror movies]. The first opportunity I had to explore that passion presented itself in my school’s theater program. Completely transforming people into believable characters required me to hone valuable skills that I still use today. After moving to Denver, I attended Paul Mitchell the School Denver, where I was able to refine the techniques necessary to combine my passions. My love of horror started at a young age with Elsa Lanchester’s Bride of Frankenstein, so when I wasn’t attending classes I was delighted to have the chance to learn special effects makeup working at my local costume shop. An experience that solidified my love of transformative makeup. In the last few years, I have found in myself a profound love for bringing characters to life through cosplay. The one thing that has remained a constant throughout my career is the gratification I receive from doing weddings. Making someone look and feel their best on one of the most important days of their lives. It doesn’t get much better than that!
